The terms of sale set out here apply to goods supplied by Grandluxe Pte Ltd, ordered from website at www.grandluxe.com

You must be 18 years of age or older to order from the website and by accepting these terms and conditions you are confirming this.

Grandluxe Pte Ltd reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without notice to you in relation to future sales.

These terms do not create any rights to any parties other than the purchaser.

Orders and Prices
Grandluxe Pte Ltd uses Paypal as their online purchasing system.

Grandluxe Pte Ltd accepts payment by any of the credit card shown as acceptable on the website at time of purchase.

All prices are shown in USD and are subjected to delivery charges unless otherwise stated. These charges where applicable will be added on confirmation of your address and payment details and prior to the order being placed during the payment process.

The description and price of goods will be as shown on the website at the time you place your order. Every effort will be made to ensure that prices shown on the website are accurate at the time of purchase. If an error is discovered prior to dispatch of your order, Grandluxe will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling your order.

When ordering online, your order will be sent to Grandluxe Pte Ltd through Paypal by email. You will also receive an email receipt to confirm Grandluxe Pte Ltd has received your order. Delivery
All delivery times quoted on the Grandluxe Pte Ltd website are estimates based on availability, normal processing and delivery times. Grandluxe Pte Ltd may deliver items from the same order separately but will charge for postage and packing as per the original order.

Goods ordered will be delivered to the address given when the order was placed, subject to receipt of an order confirmation email.

A signature will be required on delivery for couriered delivery purchases. Receipt of a signature at the delivery address for any order will act as proof that the order has been delivered to you.

If Grandluxe Pte Ltd is unable to deliver your order within 30 days, we will inform you as soon as possible and you will be entitled to cancel the order and obtain a full refund that will be paid to the credit or debit card with which you originally paid for your order.

Grandluxe Pte Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any unavoidable delay in delivery of an order. Grandluxe Pte Ltd is not liable for any damage which occurs to an order after a delivery has been made.
